This was a cool prototype of a potential amazing horror game. I can see that the game is going to make use of the switching of souls and puzzles to tell a story. I can see this game being something incredible so I am just going to give some random ideas that might help you or not.
It would definitely be cool if there was an amazing story about the 2 souls involved in the game where the players get to learn the tragic events that led to their deaths and how their stories are interrelated through solving many puzzles and problems that they face in their way before slowly coming to a touching ending or shocking ending. If you are planning on doing something like this, the design of the surroundings must be very beautiful in their own way (horror, natural environment, forest, heaven-like etc.) and the sound effects as well as the music used for the game must be very fitting for each part of the game.
Regardless of whatever you may have in store for the game, I will be looking forward to a full version of the game in the future. Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.
